Tailgate, Tigers & Pandas!

Join in an exciting enrichment day at PPZ! The animals will be celebrating the Amur tiger triplets' 1st birthday, International Red Panda Day and the long-standing rivalry between Michigan State University and the University of Michigan.

Please note the following times:

12:30pm: Bea the red panda enjoys bamboo
1:00pm: Otter and bald eagle enrichment
1:30pm: Spider monkey and ostrich/oryx enrichment
2:00pm: TIGER CUBS' BIRTHDAY!
2:30pm: Black rhino, meerkat and mandrill enrichment

From noon to 4:00pm, guests can enjoy kids' crafts, chats with docents about red panda behavior and other family activities.

Guests are encouraged to show their team spirit by wearing either MSU or U of M colors. They can also make donations in honor of their favorite team and all proceeds will go toward red panda conservation. At the end of the day, the total number of donations will be tallied to determine a winner.
