What you need to know about Community Days

Community Days are just around the corner! Here are some quick tips:

Q: Where can I get a voucher for $1 admission?
A: Vouchers are available now at the Meijer locations listed here. They can be redeemed for $1 admission at the zoo on Tuesday, July 12 or Wednesday, July 13 ONLY (rain or shine).

Q: What are the hours for Community Days?
A: Community Days take place during regular zoo hours, 9am to 6pm.

Q: Will parking be free during Community Days?
A: Yes; HOWEVER, we strongly encourage carpooling or other modes of transportation (bus, bike, foot) in order to minimize traffic congestion.

Q: Can I use a credit card at admissions?
A: Please bring cash to use at admissions. There will be a minimum charge of $5 required if you must use a credit card at admissions.
