Today, January 18th, 2012 marks Zoo Director Gerry Brady’s last day at Potter Park Zoo. He’s sailing off into the land of retirement to spend time with his grandkids (all 8 of them), and to visit other zoos around the country. Gerry started his career at Potter Park in 1989, and has seen many changes to not just the zoo, but to the Lansing area.
We wish him the absolute best in his post Potter Park adventures. We know his dedication to the care and conservation of animals will lead him to continue the exploration and appreciation of the wildlife that surrounds us all.
