Dr. Tara Myers
Harrison is the animal curator/veterinarian at Potter Park Zoo.
For those of you who have visited this site earlier, Dr. Tara is
filling the shoes of Dr. Jim Sikarskie, who has now left the zoo
to focus on his work at Michigan State University. As of June, 2003,
Dr. Tara has kindly agreed to answer your questions about wildlife.
Before you
ask Dr. Tara a question, please read the following guidelines:
Please
restrict your questions to wildlife species, especially species that are in the
Potter Park Zoo's collection.
Please provide
your first name and the city you live in when asking a question
so that Dr. Tara can personalize her responses.
The most useful questions and answers will be posted on this Web site, and some
will be published in our newsletter. All questions will be answered in one way
or another, even if they aren't posted on this site. By submitting a question,
you agree to allow the Potter Park Zoological Society to publish your questions
in electronic and print form.
All questions
to Dr. Tara will be screened by our staff.
To
submit a question, please complete the form on the right. Thanks! We look forward
to hearing from you!
